Tatiana Swancy is a writer, community arts programmer, and peace circle facilitator who lives in an old house in Chicago. She is working on a personal essay collection about grief, ghosts, and self-forgiveness as a Black woman that is funnier than it sounds.

Her work is forthcoming in The Sun. She holds a BA in English from Brown University and an MA from DePaul University. She really loves her dog.
